Two amazing convertible car seats are available from Cybex, both with the amazing Sensorsafe technology - the Cybex Eternis S and Sirona M car seats. Safety wise they are both at the top of their game. The little differences between these two strollers are huge and make them function very differently. How do they line up?
SPECS
The Sirona M has a rear-facing capacity from Rear-facing: 0-40 lbs | Forward-facing: up to 65 lbs. The Eternis S is H 25.5” x W 20” x D 25.3” and 26 lbs. It is meant to be used from rear-facing from 4 lbs. to 50 lbs, forward-facing from 22 lbs. to 65 lbs and can be used as a belt-positioning Booster from 40 lbs. to 120 lbs.
Safety
They both have Smart-tech harness chest clip with SensorSafe which provides alerts when unsafe situations arise in the back seat. They also have linear side-impact protection absorbs up to 25% more impact forces in a collision. Both have steel reinforced frame provides strength and durability..
Installation
Both the Eternis S and the Sirona M have dual-level indicators to make sure you are installing everything right! The Sirona M can be installed forward and rear facing. The Eternis S however has a Dual Belt adjusters to ensure a tight fit and an innovative one-pull LATCH removal system with a LATCH Connection storage
ETERNIS S SEAT
The Eternis has a ten position adjustable head rest with a headrest recline. There is a 6-position one-hand adjustable recline for comfort and fit. The biggest difference between these two is the Eternis booster mode not found in the Sirona. They both have a non rethread five point harness has a harness pads and 2-position padded buckle for extra comfort.

SIRONA M SEAT
The Sirons M has a 12-position height-adjustable headrest with a 10 position adjustable recline. Both car seats have non rethread five point harness and a dishwasher safe cup holder which can be positioned on either side of the car seat for added convenience. The senorsrsafe chest clips on both these strollers are actually magnetic so it's easy to keep them out of the way.
