Disney trips are beyond fun but they can be a little stressful, booking flights and hotels, packing the fam. It can be even more stressful if you have smaller children as Disney has strict stroller requirements to enter the park. In order for your stroller to be Disney approved your stroller must be 31” wide & 52” long or smaller, any bigger and Disney will not allow you into the park. We are here to take the stress of you and make Disney fun, just like it was always intended to be. Pish Posh Baby made a list of the best strollers to take with you to Disney! Make sure to check out our Disney
Youtube video at the end of our post!
How we chose
Before we get into the list it is important to touch on why we chose these particular strollers. For Disney it is important that your stroller is nimble and easy to maneuver the crowds and many Disney Obstacles. Storage is a divided feature as some parents want a bigger storage basket in order to carry the Disney loot and all the baby essential, other parents prefer a smaller storage basket to stop them from scooping up all the disney loot.
Best stroller for Disney in order of lightweight to more full sized we have...
The Gb Pockit is as light weight as they come. This is great for a disney parent who just wants a super lightweight stroller who is just there to offer support for their tired child. The storage is small because the stroller is small. It gets the job done with it’s comfortable seat and unique canopy. If you want no fuss and a straightforward stroller this is the way to go.
The Babyzen Yoyo is a favorite among parents because it is so small and super easy to maneuver. The storage is big enough to fit all your baby essentials but you're not going to have storage if you plan to buy a lot of gear at Disney. The seats are comfortable and the canopy does a great job at protecting your little one from the Disney sun. It folds easy so parents can easily travel on an airplane with it (Fits on the overhead compartment in an airplane) and store in their hotel easily.
The mountain Buggy Nano is on the list for the same reason why the Yoyo is, it’s small and extremely easy to maneuver. The Yoyo and the Nano are both super light at 13lbs and fits in an over seat storage compartment in an airplane. One great selling point for the Mountain Buggy Nano is the wheels. Although it is a lightweight stroller the wheels are strong and can handle the different terrains in Disney. The only drawback is the storage, the nano has the same problem as the YOYO, the storage is limiting but is still big enough to bring a diaper bag and essentials.
The Uppababy Minu is a perfect stroller for Disney. It is light enough to fit in the overseat compartment of an airplane but still has so much storage and a generous canopy. It has a one hand recline and comfortable seats. It is small enough to maneuver around disney and the storage basket is generous to not only pack all your essential but also pick up a few smaller size souvenirs.
The Baby jogger City Mini GT2 is another favorite for Disney. Like The Minu it is a lightweight stroller with some extra storage space for parents. The City Mini Gt2 has front and rear access to the storage basket making it easy to access all your baby gear. The wheels are extremely durable and easy to maneuver all of the changing Disney Terrain.
The uppababy Cruz is a great option for parents who want to bring a full size stroller. It is easy to maneuver with strong wheels and suspension despite being full size and above all adheres to Disney’s size requirements. A full size stroller means full size stroller, so if parents are planning to grab all those souvenirs and bring all your baby essentials this stroller will be a life saver. The seats are reclinable and reversible with a generous canopy ensuring maximum comfort for your child.
Disney is a lot of walking which is why Bob’s jogging stroller is perfect for disney. The sturdy wheels can handle the terrain with ease and maneuver around the crowds like a dream. The stroller is comfortable for parents to push and children to sit. There is plenty of storage for parents to use on their outings in the parks and is a great option for parents who want to bring a durable stroller.
