Placing a return should always be quick and simple. If you’d prefer to have your return processed with the help of a baby gear expert, you can call, chat or email us. We’re always happy to help!
You thought you’d love the baby gear you got from us, but something didn’t work out. No problem! We’ll do everything we can to get you the item you really want delivered to you real soon. Quick shipping is always our priority, and that goes for exchanges too. We hope next time it’ll be love at first sight!
Need to send back an item? Don’t ever worry about restocking fees. We accept returns on all full-priced items, brand new and in the original packaging. (Read below for exclusions) If we accept returns on the item, we’ll gladly take it back!
We want you to be happy with your order! If you'd like to return your non-sale item simply click the link below and follow the return instructions. We will gladly accept unused products in brand new condition, still in their original packaging for return or exchange within 30 days from the arrival date.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a discounted shipping label from PishPoshBaby. We will send you a label, and the label costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We now offer Advanced Exchanges, where you can pay a small fee for the item to be shipped out right away, but you will not be charged full-price as long as the original item is returned within 14 days. If we do not receive the item within those 14 days, you will be charged fully for both items.
- Sale, discontinued, clearance and open box items are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.
- Baby furniture and customized/special order items are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.
- All items are inspected upon reciept in our warehouse. If items arrive back in used condition or without the original packaging the customer will be subject to a restocking fee.
- Redeemed rewards points are final. When placing a return or exchange, redeemed rewards points are not added back to your account.
- PishPoshBaby reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item.
- Purchases made during Black Friday / Cyber Monday season are not eligible for return.
- Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on.
- If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card, an exchange can be made or store credit can be issued.
- Any return received by our warehouse later than 2 weeks after the return process was initiated, will be subject to a 15% late return fee.
- If the item you purchased is defective you should be under manufacturer warranty and can reach out to the company for help.
- If you have any trouble after filing a claim, please do reach out to us and we will get involved to make sure that you are taken care of. We value our customers for life and want to ensure that everything you purchase from us you love.
