Christy Turlington Burns is a supermodel, but did you know she’s an activist, too? Christy created the foundation Every Mother Counts, whose goal is to increase education and support to reduce maternal mortality worldwide. And to spread the word that every mother does count, the organization has partnered with Ergobaby to create a new collection of products in a distinctive brown, blue and yellow pattern called “Umba.” Not only does the Umba pattern look cool, it was designed by a small business woman (and mom!) in Togo.
