The Anti-Rebound Bar protects baby by minimizing forces and reducing rotatation in case of front or rear collision. They actually designed the anti-rebound bar with extra spacing to allow for extended rear-facing use by 2 inches. The bar can also be stowed away when forward-facing. There are Kinetic pods on either side of the car seat that help to move forces away from your baby in case of a side collision. The tri-stage cushion system is included for comfort and support of a newborn's neck and bototm. As your child grows, the cushions can be removed to keep baby properly positions. The built-in energy management system absorbs crash energy with parts designed to bend during a collision. The easy tight latch system offers ease of use and installation.
