Benefits for You: The Britax Marathon CS installs easily using either seat belts or LATCH. Convenient belt holders keep the harness straps to the sides while you place your child in the car seat. The front harness adjuster makes adjustment easy when loosening or tightening the harness system.
Installation: Install the Marathon CS rear facing from 5 to 35 lbs and forward facing from at least one-year-old and 20 lbs up to 65 lbs.
Before turning your child forward-facing at one-year, consider keeping them rear-facing until 2 or until they reach the rear-facing weight limit. Guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) declare that rear-facing until 2 keeps kids safest.
