Could use more padding.
I've had bumble ride in the past. I love this company and their commitment to the earth. I see them as a product that wants to provide comfort for the parent and child. So I do think that there is room for improvement in this version of the indie. The seat is not well padded enough. And the sides where the bumper bar is are completely exposed as is some of the frame in the child's body and head area. So I would like to see some upgrade to make this more comfortable for the child's. Particularly because this is a hybrid jogging stroller.
I also would love to see them include a snack bar instead of just the number bar, but their snack pack is not compatible with this new version of the indie.
As other people have explained, lowering and raising the seat is not that easy and definitely requires two hands and is not that comfortable for the child. It would be much better to have a one-handed lever system instead of having to lean down and grapple with straps that are underneath where the child is sitting.
But the ride is comfortable and it is effortless to push! It. Also accommodates a child to a later age or taller height which is what initially drew me to the brand many years ago. The sunshade is great and the fabrics do repel water nicely and you don't have to worry about any carcinogenic chemicals. Just think there could be some minor tweaks to make it more user friendly product and more comfortable for the baby.
