Posh Points Terms & Conditions
I. EARNING POINTS: In order to start earning rewards, the customer must create a PishPosh Baby account. When placing the order, the customer needs to be logged in to their PishPosh Baby account in order to earn rewards. Once a purchase is made, points are earned. 14 days after the purchase, points will be applied automatically to the customer’s account.
II. APPLYING POINTS TO AN ORDER: Vouchers are only available in select increments and only one voucher code can be used per order. Amounts include $10, $30, $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, and so on.
III. SHIPPING FEE WHILE USING A VOUCHER CODE: Please note all orders that fall below $75 (even while using a voucher) will be subject to a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee.
IV. VOUCHER EXPIRATION: Points expire 12 months after the order was placed. Vouchers are for one-time use, and can be redeemed only once. Any amount left over will automatically expire after the voucher is redeemed.
V. LEVELS: There are 3 tiers to the points system: Tier #1 earns the customer 10 points per dollar, for 20% back toward future purchases. Tier #2 earns the customer 11 points per dollar, for 22% back toward future purchases. Tier #3 earns the customer 12 points per dollar, for 24% back toward future purchases.
Vl. RETURNS: Once points have been redeemed, if the original purchase from which the points were earned is returned, the value of the points used will be deducted from the refund.
VII. Points Earned From Leaving Product Reviews: There is a maximum of 200 points that can be earned per order from leaving product reviews. A review with a picture or video will be credited 150 points, and a review without will be credited 50 points.
VIII. EXCEPTIONS: Items that are on sale or discounted are not eligible for earning points.
IX. CONDITIONS: Our policy is that customer service reps cannot have access to customer accounts and therefore cannot create accounts or apply vouchers for customers. All orders using vouchers or creating accounts need to be done online only, by the customer. If the customer was not signed in to the account at the time of purchase, points can be applied retroactively if the customer claims their rewards within 12 months of the purchase.
X. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason Pish Posh Baby feels like the program is being abused by the customer or points were given to a customer without following the above conditions Pish Posh Baby reserves the right to disqualify, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the customer from the program in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
