I. ELIGIBILITY: The PishPosh Baby Win Your Order Free This Weekend Sweepstakes (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on date of entry. Officers, directors and employees of PishPoah Baby, Inc., (“Sponsor”) their respective subsidiaries, sales representatives, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, franchisees, advertising, promotional and judging agencies of each of the foregoing, and any other entity or persons that develops, produces or distributes materials for or related to these Promotions (collectively, “Release Entities”), and members of the immediate families (defined for these purposes as including spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, and each of their respective spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above, are NOT eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

II. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time November 15, 2021, and ends 11:59 PM ET November 29, 2021 ("Promotion Period"). Go to www.pishposhbaby.com for a list of participating stores, locations and specific hours of operation.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: A consumer will be deemed a Participant (“Participant” or “you”) in this Sweepstakes, if eligible and enters using one of the three (3) following ways to enter this Sweepstakes: 1. In-Store Entry Method: An eligible Participant who visits one of the participating PishPosh Baby retail locations as listed on the Sponsor’s Website (www.pishposhbaby.com) and makes one (1) monetary valued purchase, will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing. Participants are entered each time a monetary valued purchase is made. To be eligible, all retail location entries must be received by close of the retail business day on November 29, 2021. 2. On-Line Entry Method: An eligible Participant who makes one (1) monetary valued purchase on the Sponsor’s Website (www.pishposhbaby.com) is automatically entered into the Sweepstakes drawing. Participants are entered each time a monetary valued purchase is made. To be eligible, all on-line purchases must be received by close of the business day on November 29, 2021. 3. Mail-in Entry Method/Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): A Participant may enter the Sweepstakes without the store visit and purchase obligation by legibly hand printing a full name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, phone numbers (day and evening), email address (if available) and date of birth on a 3”x 5” card or paper and mail it in a first class stamped envelope to: Compliance / PishPosh Baby Win Your Order Free Weekend Sweepstakes. PO Box 468, Stonington, CT 06378. Envelope must be postmarked by November 29, 2021 and received by December 3, 2021. A limit of one (1) mail in entry per household address permitted. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes/requests are NOT allowed and will not be accepted By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

IV. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: On or about December 5, 2021, a potential Grand Prize Winner (“{Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Periods, by an independent Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawing. Potential Winner will be notified by phone or email on or about December 5, 2021. The Grand Prize Winner will each be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of the notification call or that potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected based on the criteria herein. Odds of winning will be influenced by the number of qualified purchases a Participant makes or the number of mail-in forms an AMOE Participant submits during the Sweepstakes Period.

V. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: The potential Winner who placed an order during the Promotion Period will be reimbursed using the same method of payment he/she used for his/her order total, up to $2500. The potential Winner entered via mail-in method will receive a PishPosh Baby gift card with the value of $2500. Total Prize Pool is up to a maximum of $2500.

VI. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS: Each potential Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the Prize may be taxable as income and the potential Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Prize. Grand Prize Winner who has won a prize valued over $600.00 must complete and execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity/Liability Release (collectively, the “Prize Acceptance Release”) and provide any additional information (such as social security number) that is required by Sponsor and Administrator. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize. The Prize Acceptance Release must be returned within five (5) days of written notification; otherwise status as a potential Grand Prize Winner will be forfeited. Falsification of information on forms completed by Winner will be grounds for ineligibility and/or status/prize forfeiture. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by the Sponsor. All Sweepstakes Prizes offered by Sponsor are: (i) Non-transferable and non-refundable and must be accepted as awarded; (ii) The Release Entities make no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any Prize; and disclaim any implied warranty; (iii) No substitution of Prize is offered, no transfer of Prize to a third party is permitted and any non-cash parts of the Prize are not redeemable for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or Prize component with another item of comparable or greater value; (iv) Sponsor reserves the right to award a Prize of equal or greater value in the event that any of a published Prize becomes unavailable; (v) Any difference between the stated value of a Prize and the actual value of Prize will not be awarded; (vi) Upon forfeiture for any reason stated in these Official Rules, no compensation will be given except at the sole discretion of Sponsor; (vii) An unclaimed or undeliverable Prize will not be awarded after six (6) months of selection or the notification date; (viii) The Winner’s Entry and acceptance of the Prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval or further compensation.

VII. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible Entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or Entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

VIII. RELEASES: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner’s agreement to hold the Release Entities harmless from and against any injuries, losses or damages arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this Promotions, the acceptance, possession or use of the Prize, Release Entities reliance upon Winner’s compliance with these Official Rules, or Winner’s participation in Prize related activities, and further constitutes Winner’s agreement that the Release Entities may use Winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation.
