The Maxi Cosi Romi is specifically designed for children from 5-40 pounds: 5-40 pounds while in rear-facing mode, and 22-40 pounds when in a forward-facing position.

Great for travel

Great product - we used it to take our twins on flights as well as various car journeys in taxis (we had to install and uninstall it on the fly) - it was light, comfortable for the kids and relatively easy to install.

Perfect for traveling

We got this car seat specifically for traveling. It is so light and easy to transport. It is really easy to install as well. The strap is a little hard to loosen when trying to seatbelt your baby but isn't a hindrance for us. There were some comments that there is an odor to this seat but our seat has no smell at all.
